StarNYC has launched the Spring Flowers Wish List at http://www.springflowerschildren.com for Spring Flowers Children’s Boutique, located in New York City and Palm Beach, Florida.
The “Wish List” catalog, designed by StarNYC, shows off the Spring Flowers 2006 line of fine European children’s clothing, shoes, special occasion dresses and suits and accessories. The “Wish List” allows customers to place clothing items into a “Wish List” that remembers the items as they shop. When finished shopping, they send their order to Spring Flowers and receive a personal phone call from Spring Flower’s Personal Shopper service to go over the order. The “Wish List” combines the illustrative power of technology with personalized customer service.
The “Wish List” engine is based on an e-commerce engine, so Spring Flowers is able to derive the same statistics as an e-commerce site and has the ability to quickly transition to online sales.
